TNS International Education is an independent education consultancy. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a university, government authority, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
3. No Guarantee of Admission, Visa, Scholarship, or Immigration Outcome
TNS International Education provides guidance and support but does not control decisions made by universities, scholarship providers, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or other government agencies.
Accordingly, we do not guarantee:
- Admission to any university or educational institution
- Acceptance into any particular academic program
- The award of a scholarship, financial aid, or other funding
- Approval or issuance of a student visa or other immigration document
- Any specific processing time by a university, embassy, consulate, or government authority
All admission, scholarship, visa, and immigration decisions are made independently by the relevant institution or authority according to its own requirements, policies, and procedures.
TNS International Education will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate guidance and appropriate support but cannot influence or guarantee decisions made by third parties.
4. Student Responsibilities
Students and prospective students are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting services from TNS International Education.
You are responsible for:
- Providing genuine and accurate academic, identification, financial, and other supporting documents
- Informing us promptly if any information previously provided changes
- Reviewing application information and documents before submission
- Meeting deadlines established by universities, scholarship providers, embassies, consulates, or government authorities
- Paying applicable university, government, visa, accommodation, or other third-party fees when required
- Attending interviews, appointments, biometric sessions, or other required procedures
- Complying with the rules and requirements of universities and relevant government authorities
TNS International Education will not knowingly submit falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents on behalf of an applicant.
Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information may result in suspension or termination of our assistance and may also result in rejection by a university or government authority.
5. Fees, Third-Party Costs, and Refunds
Any fees charged directly by TNS International Education for consulting, application support, or other services will be communicated to the student before the relevant paid service is contracted.
Students may also be required to pay fees directly to third parties, including universities, government authorities, embassies or consulates, accommodation providers, translation services, courier companies, insurance providers, or other service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party fees are separate from fees charged by TNS International Education and are subject to the terms and refund policies of the relevant third party.
Any refund applicable to fees paid directly to TNS International Education will be determined according to the service purchased, the work already performed, the applicable refund terms communicated at the time of purchase, and applicable consumer-protection law.
Nothing in these Terms & Disclaimer limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

Our website and communications may contain information provided by universities, government authorities, embassies, consulates, accommodation providers, and other third parties.
